We have a full escrow, listing, showing, and marketing department to assist you along the way. This means more time building your business and less time behind the keyboard.

Responsibilities:

• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process.
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal.
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes.
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume.

Qualifications:

• Driven, self-motivated, perseverant, coachable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid Real Estate License or be currently enrolled in classes***
• Track record of sales experience preferred but not required. We provide top-notch training to all members of our team to ensure winning and lasting growth!***

Pay: $83,372.00 - $95,125.00 per year
